Ideas2IT and Lyzr will jointly develop, sell and deploy enterprise AI agent systems in North America, the companies said in a press release.

Lyzr provides the platform for building, orchestrating and governing agents. Ideas2IT, a software engineering firm, will handle architecture, integration, testing and deployment inside client environments. The companies will first focus on regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
