MetaComp Introduces AI Agent Governance Framework for Financial Services
MetaComp has launched the StableX Know Your Agent Framework, described as the first governance framework for AI agents in regulated financial services, announced in a press release. The framework was introduced at Money20/20 Asia in Bangkok and defines how AI agents are identified, authorized, monitored, and held accountable when providing financial services in areas such as payments, compliance, and wealth management.
The StableX Know Your Agent Framework, created in Singapore, applies throughout the lifecycle of AI agents, covering identity, authorization, behavior monitoring, and interactions between agents. It is organized into four pillars: Agent Identity and Registration, Authority and Permission Control, VisionX Behavior Monitoring and Risk Intelligence, and Ecosystem and Interaction Governance. The last pillar extends the FATF Travel Rule to agent-to-agent transactions.
MetaComp also announced the expansion of its AgentX agentic financial services Skill ecosystem, which will be available from April 21, 2026, across AI platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, and OpenClaw. The company stated that the framework is designed to provide a standardized structure for AI governance within regulated financial institutions.
