NVIDIA Partners Expand European AI Clouds and Agent Controls
NVIDIA detailed in a company blog post that its cloud partners are expanding AI computing capacity across Europe, the Nordics, Africa and Central Asia. BBVA announced on its website that it plans to evaluate NVIDIA's OpenShell Reference Architecture for AI agent security and governance.
Nscale plans to deploy NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure across five European markets. In tests with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, the company recorded 37% more GPUs and nearly 50% higher aggregate inference throughput within the same power budget. Crusoe, Nebius, Verda and Mistral AI are also expanding infrastructure or services based on NVIDIA systems.
OpenShell combines NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 systems for inference, Vera CPUs for agent tools and BlueField-4 processors running NVIDIA Sentry for security enforcement. The architecture is designed to restrict what AI agents can access and do, while supporting monitoring and intervention during operation.
