Personar Appoints Sports Tech Veteran Giampiero Rinaudo as Senior Advisor

Personar has appointed Giampiero Rinaudo, co-founder and former CEO of Deltatre, as Senior Advisor to support the company's global expansion in AI-driven sports technology.

Personar has appointed Giampiero Rinaudo, known as GiPi, as Senior Advisor, announced in a press release. Rinaudo co-founded Deltatre in 1986 and led it for 35 years, growing it into a major global sports technology company serving events such as the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League, NFL Super Bowl, and Olympic Games.

During his tenure at Deltatre, Rinaudo oversaw the company’s expansion across Europe, North America, and Asia, introducing innovations in sports data and streaming technology. He was instrumental in developing platforms for major broadcasters, including NBC’s first Olympic streaming site for the 2008 Beijing Games.

At Personar, Rinaudo will contribute his experience in scaling technology operations globally and developing real-time data solutions for elite sports. He joins an advisory team that includes former Williams Racing and McLaren F1 CEO Jost Capito, rugby coach Ugo Mola, and former FIFA referee João Capela. Personar develops AI tools such as TrackSwift and CoachScribe, which use audio analysis to support decision-making in professional sports.
