Bull Joins Czech AI Gigafactory Bid
Bull and České Radiokomunikace signed a memorandum of understanding to develop an AI gigafactory in the Czech Republic, according to Data Center Dynamics. Bull will join the Czech AI Gigafactory consortium led by České Radiokomunikace, which is seeking support through the European AI Gigafactories program.
Bull will contribute hardware, software and high performance computing expertise to the bid. More than 200 of its AI engineers in the Czech Republic will participate, while potential cooperation with Foxconn could support server manufacturing in the Czech Republic and France.
The proposed facility would require an estimated CZK 100 billion ($4.5 billion), according to Radio Prague International, as cited by DCD. České Radiokomunikace would provide CZK 70 billion, with the Czech government and European Commission each contributing CZK 15 billion if the project is approved.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
