Meta plans to raise $95 billion through share offerings to fund AI infrastructure, with Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom interested in up to $5 billion.

Meta plans to raise $95 billion in equity to fund AI infrastructure and superintelligence work, CNBC reported, citing a company statement. Meta will first raise $35 billion through underwritten public share offerings, then up to $60 billion more through an at-the-market program. Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom are interested in buying up to $5 billion of the shares, Meta said.

Meta said the money will support its apps, its Muse AI agent and its data center business, alongside operating cash flow, investment-grade debt and partnerships. The company is building four "superclusters" of more than 1 gigawatt each and expects to nearly double its total infrastructure capacity in 2026.

Last week Meta raised its 2026 capital expenditure forecast to $135 billion to $145 billion. Its shares fell 1.6% in morning trading after the announcement.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
