Millenium Associates will give its clients access to Ittikar's network, which includes more than 100 founding members and 500 family offices. The platform uses AI and human review to match members with transactions based on their investment criteria.
The Millenium Associates transaction team will work with Ittikar's investment team to review deals before they are shared with the network. The firms will also work jointly on transactions involving family offices and entrepreneurs in Europe and the Middle East.
