Precoro Launches AI Intake Agent for Purchase Requests

Precoro's Intake Agent turns brief employee descriptions into purchase requisitions using company policies, supplier contracts, catalogs and past purchases.

Precoro announced in a press release an Intake Agent that creates purchase requisitions from brief employee descriptions. The agent uses company policies, contracted suppliers, catalogs and past purchases to complete each request.

Employees review and confirm requisitions before submitting them. Companies can define how the agent makes decisions and update the underlying policy when its results require adjustment.

The Intake Agent joins Precoro's existing tools for processing quotes, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, contracts and supplier data. Precoro also plans to add agents for approvals, purchasing and payments.
