Serval raises $150 million at $3 billion valuation

Serval raised $150 million in a Series C round at a $3 billion valuation to expand its automation software beyond IT teams.

Serval raised $150 million in a Series C round at a $3 billion valuation, according to SiliconANGLE. The funding follows a $75 million Series B round in December 2025 that valued the company at $1 billion.

Serval lets employees describe workflows in plain language, after which AI agents create automations and use them to process requests. The company started with IT support and has expanded its software into human resources, finance and legal work.

Sequoia Capital led the round. Serval will use part of the funding for Catalyst, which identifies repetitive work in support tickets and drafts automations for review, and ProServal, a professional services unit that plans to hire more than 100 automation engineers. The company plans to add more than 500 employees and open offices in New York, London and Austin.

Two Fortune 20 companies signed on in recent months, joining customers such as Fox, WPP and Live Nation. Serval did not disclose its annual recurring revenue but said it has doubled every quarter since December, and it counts ServiceNow as its main competitor.
