Israeli AI startup Two Delta raised tens of millions of dollars in seed funding from investors including Bill Ackman and former Google chairman Eric Schmidt.

Two Delta has raised tens of millions of dollars in seed funding from investors including Bill Ackman and former Google chairman Eric Schmidt, according to Calcalist Tech. The Israeli AI startup was founded in 2025 by Dvir Zeltzer and Eli David.

Two Delta develops technology that speeds up AI model inference and reduces computing requirements. In October, it published results from work with Nvidia that used its DCOCO technology with the Nemotron 3.5 Super VL model.

The company reported that DCOCO delivered 2.03 times the average throughput of standard autoregressive decoding across 10 datasets under one test configuration. The tests covered mathematics, coding and general tasks and ran on Nvidia DGX B200 hardware using the vLLM inference framework. The results were reported by Two Delta and were not independently assessed.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
