Anthropic and Hg Plan European AI Consultancy
Anthropic and private equity firm Hg are forming an independent consultancy for European businesses, reports the Financial Times. The venture plans to begin operations by the end of 2026, with London and Berlin as its main hubs.
The company will place AI consultants and engineers within businesses to help integrate AI into existing workflows and create products. It will be Anthropic's first standalone consultancy venture in Europe.
Anthropic will provide capital from its balance sheet, while Hg will invest through its managed funds. Anthropic entered the US consulting market in July through Ode, an independent AI services company.
