Arrakis Security Finds 76% of AI Agents Dormant but Still Connected
Arrakis Security says in a press release that 76% of observed AI agents had not run in 60 days, although their credentials still worked and their triggers remained active. Forty-four percent had not run in 180 days.
The company found that 24% of dormant agents could be started through an unsigned webhook from outside the organization. It also reported that 70% of agents could access sensitive systems such as cloud storage, AI services and marketing platforms, with almost none of those connections using verified data loss prevention.
Another 22% could send content to a model operated by a third party and act on its response. Twenty percent could pass tasks to agents with different permissions, while 82% had at least one exposure and 46% of that group had multiple exposures.
The report used anonymized production telemetry collected from thousands of AI agents in customer environments over 12 weeks. Arrakis sells security tools for AI agents, and the figures come from its own customers.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
