Hireology Releases AI Hiring Suite for Frontline Employers

Oct 21, 2026
Hireology has released three AI tools for reviewing applications, summarizing candidates, and conducting voice screening interviews.

Hireology announces in a press release the general availability of its AI Hiring Intelligence suite for frontline and skilled labor employers. The suite includes AI Match, AI Candidate Summary, and AI Interview.

AI Match evaluates applicants using employer defined criteria, including relevant certifications and licenses, and shows evidence supporting each evaluation. AI Candidate Summary identifies candidate strengths, topics for further review, and possible interview questions. AI Interview conducts structured voice screening in supported languages and provides hiring teams with evaluations and complete transcripts, but does not automatically advance or reject applicants.

Hireology says 614 customers used AI Match to evaluate 46,618 applicants in 2026. Their average time to hire fell 20%, from 15.5 days before implementation to 12.4 days, while average application review time declined from 2.8 days to 1.9 days. All three tools are available to Hireology customers.
