Körber Invests in NAiSE for Mixed Robot Fleet Management
Körber is acquiring a stake in NAiSE, the companies said in a press release. NAiSE, founded in 2017, had been self-funded until now.
NAiSE provides fleet management software that connects automated guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots and manually operated industrial trucks from different vendors through a shared control layer. The platform can integrate with warehouse management, execution and control systems.
Körber plans to connect NAiSE more closely with its warehouse software and develop additional intralogistics uses, including humanoid robotics. NAiSE will remain independent, continue working with other system integrators and vehicle makers, and retain its founding team as operational management.
