Unitree Develops AI System for Robots to Improve Their Performance

Unitree Robotics is developing a feedback loop that lets humanoid robots write code, run simulations and improve their physical performance, according to the South China Morning Post. Founder Wang Xingxing introduced the project, called Unitree Rehearsal, at the company's physical AI conference in Hangzhou on Thursday.

The system will search research papers, write code and test it in simulations before conducting trials on physical robots. Unitree plans to use the process to reduce manual programming and create a continuous loop for improving robot performance.
