Noetix Robotics Files Confidentially for Hong Kong IPO
Noetix Robotics has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering and could list as early as 2027, Bloomberg reported, according to Finimize. The timing and size of the offering could still change.
The humanoid robot maker operates under the corporate name Songyan Power Beijing Technology. It raised 1 billion yuan in March from investors that included an affiliate of battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology.
The confidential filing allows Noetix to keep its financial and risk disclosures private until later in the listing process.
