Limber Health Introduces 90 Day Recovery Forecast for Rehab Therapy
Limber Health introduced Recovery Forecast in a press release, adding predicted patient outcome trajectories to its rehabilitation outcomes platform. The feature will become available to clients in fall 2026 and cover the main regions of musculoskeletal injury.
Recovery Forecast compares each patient with millions of completed assessments and applies risk adjustment to project progress over 90 days. Clinicians receive a predicted path at intake and can compare later assessment scores with that forecast throughout care.
The feature also includes Predicted Moderate Clinical Improvement, or P-MCI, an indicator of when a patient should reach clinically meaningful improvement. P-MCI supports five functional improvement measures in the proposed 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, with Limber Health and Patient360 serving as measure stewards.
Limber Health, a Net Health company, sells the outcomes platform the feature is built into.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
