Sigma360 Launches AI Agent for Enhanced Due Diligence
Sigma360 has launched its Enhanced Due Diligence Agent, the company said in a press release. The AI system collects internal and external data, summarizes findings, identifies risk factors and mitigants, recommends next steps and produces cited reports for regulatory review.
Analysts retain control over decisions, while the system records each risk rating and action. Configurable modules cover industry risk, source of wealth, source of funds, beneficial ownership and geographic risk. Customers can also inspect the agent prompt and configure its workflow around their existing policies.
The agent uses Sigma360 data that includes sanctions lists, watchlists, corporate registries, beneficial ownership records from more than 230 countries and information on financial crime networks. Sigma360 says the system can reduce case handling time by up to 87 percent and costs per case by up to 90 percent. It is available now through the company's risk identification and mitigation platform.
