Nabla Integrates OpenEvidence Into Clinical AI Assistant
Nabla announced in a press release an integration with OpenEvidence that gives clinicians access to medical evidence within its clinical documentation assistant. Clinicians can open a Clinical questions feature alongside a patient note and ask questions related to the current encounter.
Nabla provides OpenEvidence with relevant context, including patient demographics, the visit diagnosis, current medications, provider drafted information and the generated note. OpenEvidence returns answers with citations from peer reviewed medical literature.
The companies said patient context is anonymized under their security standards and no protected health information is shared through the integration.
