ServiceNow has acquired Israeli AI startup Sweep for an undisclosed sum estimated in the hundreds of millions of dollars, according to CTech. The companies have not disclosed the transaction value.

Founded in 2021 by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim, Sweep has raised $46 million in disclosed funding. Its $22.5 million Series B round in May 2025 was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners.

Sweep provides an agentic workspace for go to market operations across platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce and HubSpot. Its software monitors metadata, identifies bottlenecks and misalignments, generates documentation and provides contextual assistance. ServiceNow said the acquisition will strengthen its AI development capabilities and support the deployment of agents for customer relationship management.
