Vertafore Launches Velocity Coach Agent for Insurance Agencies

Vertafore's Velocity Coach Agent answers insurance agency staff questions from product documentation and agency procedures inside AMS360 and Sagitta.

Vertafore has made its Velocity Coach Agent available, one of the AI agents it announced in September, the company said. The agent works inside AgencyOne with the AMS360 and Sagitta agency management systems.

Coach Agent answers product and how-to questions from Vertafore's product documentation and, when configured, an agency's own standard operating procedures. Users can review supporting sources and ask follow-up questions without leaving AMS360 or Sagitta.

In Vertafore's own internal testing, the agent reduced the time needed to find answers by up to 88%.
